Retouched images will be sent out once I’ve received the full payment from you. RAW files will be sent out within 3 working days after our shoot. I use a great website called photo workflow to share images and you’ll get emails about how to use it later down the line. Retouches take me between 10-20 working days to complete. (But I usually get them done sooner, this just depends on how much of a queue I have at the time).

My t&cs outline you can use the headshots for their intended use to promote your own work, for things like spotlight, casting announcements, your involvement at events, agency websites etc. However, if you or a third party want to use the photos of you for any promotion, marketing, digital or physical print, for billboards, in magazines etc, please contact me / ask them to contact me as these incur a usage fee. You are welcome to but this isn’t something I advise. Having someone in the space can be a distraction and sometimes make it harder for you to feel really relaxed in front of the camera. That being said, I’m not completely against it, please ask me in advance if it’s okay so I have a heads up about who will be in the space. Please avoid bringing children where possible because the wires and lights in the space can be extremely hazardous. However, if you’re struggling to find child care and need to bring little ones along, drop me a line so we can speak about this beforehand.

Nope! I don’t send out unedited photos without the watermark as this isn’t what the full package includes. It isn’t a reflection of all my work, nor does it best represent you so I wouldn’t want them to exist outside of the online gallery we share.
