Terms and Conditions of Prize draw hosted at “An Evening with Sèverine ft. Special Guests”

1. By purchasing one of the three tickets for the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. All purchases are non refundable. Entering the prize draw is optional.

2. The prize draw is being run by Sèverine Howell-Meri at her event, “A night with Sèverine ft. Special guests”. Sèverine Howell-Meri is not the sole provider of the available prizes.

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5. A maximum of 1 ticket type entry per individual is permitted.

6. The prize draw is ticketed as optional additional costs to your general admission ticket. 1 tickets at £5 extra, 2 tickets at £7.50 extra, 3 tickets at £10 extra.

How to enter

7. The prize draw will include those who purchase the following tickets for the event up to the 11th of December 2023 at 17:00:

  • General Admission + 1 Ticket for the prize draw

  • General Admission + 2 Tickets for the prize draw

  • General Admission + 3 tickets for the prize draw

8. Tickets purchased after that time and date will not be included in the draw and will not be refunded.

10. Sèverine Howell-Meri will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes

11. There are 3 prizes to be won. Each prize will have only 1 winner. The prizes are the following:

  • An Hour Long Headshot session with Sèverine Howell-Meri via her business (Shot by Sèverine) at her studio in West London

  • A space in a Pole dance class of 8 at Kelechnekoff Studio, Peckham. Open to all genders and gender expressions. The specific class is of the winner’s choosing but appropriate for their level (Eg: beginner, intermediate etc)

  • 1:1 "Jumpstart 2024" Power-Hour Coaching Session with Award-Winning Actress & Coach, Adele James ('Queen Cleopatra' on Netflix). To be redeemed in the new year.

12. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

13. Sèverine Howell-Meri, Kelechnekoff studio and Adele James reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

Winner announcement

14. The winners will be notified at 21:45 on 11th December when their names are drawn from the draw at the event. They will also be notified via the email provided when they purchased their ticket.

15. Sèverine Howell-Meri will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

16. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 10 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Sèverine Howell-Meri reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

17. The Winner must contact the relevant creators / organisations to confirm the details of their prize and arrange when their prize will take place within 10 days of their win.

Data protection and publicity

18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Sèverine Howell-Meri for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

19. An announcement of the winners first name may be made via Sèverine Howell-Meri’s social media platforms (@shotbyseverine, @severinehowellmeri).

Limitation of Liability

20. Before proceeding with the prize, winners are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all terms and conditions specified by the organisation providing the prize. It is the winner's obligation to understand and comply with these terms if they proceed with their prize.

21. Sèverine Howell-Meri is not the sole provider of the prizes. The terms and conditions established by the relevant organisations govern each prize. Sèverine Howell-Meri is not responsible for any discrepancies, disputes, or issues related to the terms set by the prize providers.

22. Winners must adhere to all policies, guidelines, and regulations outlined by the organisations offering the prizes.

General

23. Sèverine Howell-Meri reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
